What is Otaku Noir Collection?
Otaku Noir is a quarterly subscription box that provides “readables” aka. books (comics, manga, graphic novels, and more), apparel, posters & collectibles to fans of diversity. All items are created by artists, writers, and other creators of color.
How does a subscription work?
It is an amazingly easy process! Select the plan that is right for you, choose your preferred T-shirt & sock size and complete your purchase.
We’ll send you a brand-new box full of content created by talented Blerds from around the world!
What is the cutoff date for a subscription?
The 15th of the previous month (February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15) is the cut off for each shipment. This allows us to ship all orders in a timely fashion.
We ship out on the 15th of each quarter (March 15, June 15, September 15, December 15).
When will you ship my first order?
If the box for the month in which you signed up is already shipping, then your ordered box will be part of the next quarter’s shipment.
For example, if you order after February 15th, then you will not receive the March box. You will receive the June box.
Can I sign up for just one box?
Yes! We do not auto-renew our subscribers. So purchase one box (Quarterly Plan) or pre-purchase several quarters in advance. You will never be charged for more boxes than your initial order.
What is the size of each box?
The dimensions of each Otaku Noir Collection box may vary, but typically the box is 11.25” x 9” x 3” with a weight of 2lbs – 6lbs. All weights and dimensions are approximate numbers and are not exact.
Missing Item / Damaged Item?
If something in your box was damaged, or if something is missing from your box please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help you out.
When will I be billed for Otaku Noir Collection?
You are charged / billed immediately upon completion of your order. For multiple box orders, they are paid for in advance.
Once the quarter ends so does the subscription. We do not auto-renew your subscription.
Where is my order confirmation email?
You should receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order. If you have not received it by then, please check in your email’s junk or spam folder. To ensure that you receive all future updates, please add Sales@OtakuNoir.com and Info@OtakuNoir.com to your email provider’s whitelist.

When does Otaku Noir ship each quarter?
Otaku Noir is shipped on the 15th of each quarter.
What countries do you ship to?
Otaku Noir ships to fans Worldwide.
Do you sell past boxes?
No we do not normally sell past boxes. However, we do offer our newsletter subscribers access to purchase additional items after the boxes have been shipped out. Sign up to our newsletter for more information.
UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION
How do I change my plan?
To change your plan, please contact us immediately at Info@OtakuNoir.com. If your payment is prior to the cutoff date, we can cancel/refund the order and you can place the correct order.
Once the cutoff date has passed, a refund is not possible. Please email us at Info@OtakuNoir.com and we can better assist you with your request.
Where is my box? / What is my Tracking Number?
You will be sent an email containing a tracking number once it has left our warehouse.
Please keep in mind that it may take up 7 business days for packages to be delivered to domestic customers and up to 4 weeks for international orders to clear customs.
If you have reason to believe that your order may have been lost in transit, please Contact Us and we will be happy to help you out with that.
